They will lend in the Isle of Wight but not the Isle of Man. New build houses accepted and also flats if over 12 months old
Bedsits are not acceptable. No students, DSS, Asylum seekers or council registered HMOs & multi lets to more than 3 tenants. Property developers not accepted
